Lindora Website Tech Support
This page gives you tech support for technical problems you may be experiencing with Lindora.com,
primarliy with the "My Lindora Online" program.
System requirements:
- For computers running Windows
- Pentium 4 processor or better
- Minimum RAM
- Windows Vista: 1GB RAM
- Windows XP/2003/2000: 256MB RAM
- Windows ME/98/95: 128MB RAM
- Display resolution of 1024 x 768
- Sound card for the audio messages
- Internet speed of at least 128Kb (Dialup not recommended)
- For Apple computers running OS X
- Minimum 400MHz PowerPC G3 or faster
- MacOS X v10.3.9, v10.4.9 or later
- No less then 128MB of RAM
- Display resolution of 1024 x 768
- Internet speed of at least 128Kb (Dialup not recommended).
- For Unix/Linux computers
- Minimum of 256MB of RAM
- Display resolution of 1024 x 768
- Internet speed of at least 128Kb (Dialup not recommended)
Problems logging into your online program
- If you are using the Lindora My Lindora Online program make sure you are
logging in at the following address: www.lindora.com
- If you are a Walkstyles user make sure you login in at
walkstyles.lindora.com
- If you do not remember your password please click on the "I forgot my password" link.
- Verify that your browser and/or firewall has www.lindora.com set as a Trusted Site.
If your firewall blocks or filters certain sites you may need to check the instructions
for your specific firewall to learn the required steps to make this change.
- Verify that your browser has Cookies enabled.
Problems logging into forums
- Please note, that the forum login name is not the same as your Online Program
login name. Your username is your firstname + the first letter of your last name.
Your password should be the same as your online program
- How to log out of the forums: Please click on the following link:
www.lindora.com/forum/logout.aspx
(this will take you back to the forum login screen).
Sometimes logging out and logging in again can resolve login problems.
Problems logging into the online store
- Verify that you are using your Lindora Store username and password.
- If you do not remember your password please click on the message: I forgot my password link.
- Verify that your browser and/or firewall has shop.lindora.com and www.lindora.com set as a Trusted Site.

You will need to check the instructions for your specific firewall to learn the required steps
to make this change.
- Verify that your web browser is set to allow cookies from www.lindora.com and shop.lindora.com,
including session cookies.
Problems listening to the audio messages
- Verify that the sound subsystem is working
- Can you hear sounds from other programs? This does not include the system error beep.
This can be tested by opening a .WAV file on your computer. To locate a .WAV file search for
*.WAV files. Double click on the file to play. You can also test by playing a music CD.
- Verify that the volume for computer sounds is turned up.
- Verify that you have software capable of playing MP3 files.
Problems viewing video messages
- Verify that a video player is installed and working
- Verify that you have a media player loaded and that the current updates have been installed.
Two free media players are Windows Media Play and Apple QuickTime Player.
- Verify that the volume for computer sounds is turned up.

Problems viewing the website
- I can’t see the whole screen.
- Our site is designed to be used at a resolution of 1024 x 768.
- I cannot see the videos but I can hear them.
- Can you watch videos from other sites like You Tube?
- Have you updated your video player?
Lindora e-mail problems
- Not receiving daily e-mails.
- Make sure the SPAM filter is disabled.
- Verify your e-mail address using Profile Update.
- Seeing many boxes with a Red “X” in them.
- Make sure that e-mails from "@lindora.com" are considered safe or added to your safe senders list.
- Right click on the Red “X” and select "Download Pictures."
Other problems
- The site seems slow.
- Verify that your browser can cache the website images. This option eliminates the
need to download images that are used on multiple pages each time the image is
displayed. Increasing the size of the Internet cache will allow more images to be
stored locally.
- The site is very graphical and is designed to be run from computers with Internet
connection speeds of greater than 128Kbps. Dialup will not provide the speed necessary
for the site to operate properly.
